Sri Lanka’s ADB Programme Targets Employment and Skills Development for Vulnerable Households

On 22 October, the Asian Development Bank announced US$100 million in financing to strengthen social protection and expand livelihood opportunities in Sri Lanka. The programme includes support for skills development, employment opportunities and assistance for low-income households, but it does not represent a separately priced recruitment contract. Employers, HR providers and training organisations can explore workforce forecasting, skills-gap analysis and training dashboards, while HPC can support data-driven workforce planning. Contact HPC for a quotation based on project requirements.
